1. My early days started at Kampung Pulau Rusa, Kuala Terengganu. It is a small island by Terengganu River.Major transport mode then was by river until the new trunk road from Kuala Terengganu to Kota Baru was contructed in mid-60's which passes through the kampung.
2. I have my early education at SK Paloh and secondary education at SM Tengku Bariah, Kuala Terengganu. After completed MCE, I went to Mara Instiyute of Technology and obtained my Diploma in Industrial Chemistry (1976). I was offered a scholarship by PETRONAS to study Chemical Engineering at Syracuse University, New York, USA. I graduated with BSChE in 1978.
