At Kelana Jaya

 After attending several courses and tranings given by Tabung Haji ,we received confirmation on our travel  . Details as follows:

          Return (ETA): 28 Nov 2011 (0700 am)

Left Kerteh for Setiawangsa. We went Wisma Yakin to buy some additional requirements.

Woke up early at 0330 am, for 'mandi sunat ihram, sembahyang sunat musafir,sembahyang sunat ihram and memakai kain ihram".

We left Setiawangsa (Seri Maya) at 0 500am by taxi which was booked earlier. Aifaa and Affiq also followed us to Kelana Jaya.Subuh prayer was  done at Kelana Jaya.

Name tag, baggage tags, sling bag , boarding pass and Zain sim card were collected at Kelana Jaya

After a small briefing we boarded the bus to KLIA.

Flight delayed by about an hour and finally departed at 1400 hrs by Malaysia Airline. Niat ihram on the plane and we decided to do Haji Ifrad.

Arrived at Jeddah Airport after 8 hours of flight , approximately at 1700 hrs local time

At 2200 hrs left for Mecca by bus and arrived at 0030 hrs

We stayed at Royal Iman. New hotel at Safwa Tower Shopping Mall, about 80 meters from Masjidil Haram. Other Tabung Haji (TH) facilities available at the hotel were ; TH Clinics, TH countes , Nationwide Express and TH Travel and  Services. Also availabe is Felda Seri Saji restraunt seving Malaysia cousines anf lacal Arab food.

Woke up a bit late for subuh ( about 0430 hrs). The masjid doors were closed and the courtyard was packed , hardly any more place to pray. However managed to squize and get a place.

Went to the masjid again for Tawaf Qudum and Saie Haji. Completed at 1000 hrs.

Went early for subuh at about 0330 hrs and managed to get a place at first floor.
Today was Friday, went to the mosque at 1030 hrs. The doors were closed and the courtyard was already full. Sitting under the hot sun for nearly 2 hours waiting for Friday prayer.

Waiting for the bus to Arafah after Asar prayer.  Bus was late again.
Magrib and Isya at the hotel. Bus only arrived at 2130 hrs. and arrived at Arafah at 2300 hrs.
    Facilitied provided at Arafah :
               Tent with matres and pillow
               Aircoolers
               Toilets and showers
               Free flow of mineral water and bottle drinks
Unable to sleep, too many mosquitoes

 Went to surau early for subuh, cos could not sleep
Solat sunat Duha at 0900 hrs and kutbah Arafah at 1200 hrs
Waited for the bus to Muzdalifah after Isya

0015 hrs the bus to Muzdalifah arrived and we arrived at Muzdalifah at 0100 hrs. On arrival, we collected the stones for throwing the Jamrah.
Managed to sleep a few hours and performed subuh prayer at Muzdalifah.

Left for Mina at 1000 hrs and arrived at 1100 hrs.
Facilities were the same as at Arafah except the tents were air-conditioned.
At 1900 hrs, we walked to Jamrah Kubra for stoning the Jamrah Kubra, tahlol (cutting the hairs) and walked back to the tent.Again at 2300 hrs, walked to  Jamrah with Adnan/Sharifah and few others to Jamrah and from Jamrah we walked to  Mecca at 0030 . We arrived at the hotel at about 0200 hrs.

We performed subuh prayer at the mosque.
Breakfast was not provided at this time, so we bought the food at the Seri Saji.
After Magrib , we left Mecca for Mina by motocycle taxi. We paid 150 Rial for 2 of us. We went straight to Jamrah for stoning the three Jamrahs and the walked back to the tent. We slept in Mina

Walked to Mecca and stopped at Jumrah for stoning and arrived at Mecca at 0900 hrs. Many of our friends went back to Mecca earlier (Naffar awwal) and we walked back to Mecca.
Walked back to Mina after Isya prayer and arrived at Mina at about 2200 hrs. Slept at Mina

 After subuh prayer, we walked to Jamrah for stoning (Last day) and walked back to the tent. We have our breafast while waiting for the bus to take us back to Mecca
Took a bas at 1015hrs and the traffic was heavy as every body were rushing back to Mecca for tawaf and sae
I have heavy coughing and cold. At the hotel , I visited the clinics.

Again , the mosque was crowded for Jumaat prayer. I arrived at the mosque at 1015 and the doors were closed. I prayed at the courtyard under the hot sun.

We went to Tanaim for Ihram to perform Umrah at 0930 hrs. We completed Umrah at 1130 hrs and people were already entering the mosque for zohor prayer. We stayed for zohor prayer.

We posted another 2 boxes to Malaysia via Nationwide Express.
Packed all our belongings into big bags for collection and transporting to Madina

We performed Tawaf Wada before zohor ( 6 rounds) and completed the last round after zohor.
We boarded the bus for Medina 1530 hrs. and stopped for Magrib and Isya at RnR .We had nan bread for dinner.
Finally , we arrived at the Hotel Al Haram at 2300 hrs. The hotel was quite an old hotel.but the facilities reasonable.

At 0430 hrs, walked to the mosque and there was plenty of spaces available
After breakfast , we followed the ustaz to the mosque for ziarah dalam - Roudhah and Makam Nabi

We followed the ustaz to the mosque to performed Ziarah Wada, after breakfast.
We performed solat zohor and solat musafir at hotel and waited for the bus.
Boarded the bus at 1400 hrs arrived at the Hotel in Jeddah at about 2000 hrs

At breakfast , we were informed that our flight were delayed by 1 day. No planned activities and atayed at the hotel.

0930 boaded the bus to Jeddah Airport. Performed solat zohor and asar at the airport.
Check-in at 1300 hrs and boarding at 1430 hrs

Arrived at KLIA at 0530 hrs, collected the zamzam water and baggage at 0730 hrs
Aifaa waited outside and arrived at Seri Maya at 0830 hrs.



1. Overall we are happy with the servicesof Tabung Haji Travel and Services Sdn. Bhd in Mecca. Hover the services at Madina was not to my expectation.

2. Food was good in Mecca, at Madina there was no many choices

3.Accomodation in Mecca was fantantic and very close to Masjidil Haram
